Product, Target & Route Review
When a customer shares a product request or target structure, we first confirm whether an existing catalog material fits the application. We then review possible routes, starting-material access, sensitive functional groups, salt or ester form, expected impurities, and the amount needed for the next project step. This determines whether the request can proceed as a product inquiry or needs project-specific material preparation and route review.
- Target identity, structure, and route information review
- Starting-material access and first feasibility discussion
- Early impurity, sensitivity, and analytical-risk questions
