Chemical Phosphorylation Reagent is a non-nucleoside building block for introducing a phosphate group on an oligonucleotide during synthesis: a phosphoramidite carrying a protected phosphate (with a sulfonyl-type, base-labile protecting group and a 5'-O-(4,4'-dimethoxytrityl) handle) plus a 3'-O-(2-cyanoethyl N,N-diisopropyl)phosphoramidite.
